For webmasters who work in gray areas, in particular the subject of online casinos, it is important to understand where and under what conditions you can host your sites. For their sites, everyone is looking for «abyssal hosting». Actually, and I asked myself this question, as my previous hosting (worked with him for about 3 years) changed the policy regarding complaints and any abuza in the direction of any of the domains - just shut down the server completely.

I went through a lot of different articles and collected affiliate-recommended hosting sites that are kind of abusive. I registered on all of them and talked to tech support. Below you can read the results and decide for yourself which hosting sites you can host on now, for the end of 2025 - beginning of 2026.

Reader, please note that there are NO fully abyss-resistant hosting sites. Everything is very individual and depends on the subject of your sites, the type of complaint, the region under which the sites work. Below considered hosting, which kind of allows you to host sites gray themes, namely online gambling. On some complaints hosting can turn a blind eye, and on some will have to respond (For example, abuza from the RKN on the IP server).

It is important that your sites have «fake» IP addresses, which allows you to connect, for example, CDN CloudFlare. But with this problem if you work under the RF, as IP CloudFlare in the RF are blocked. Without it, you can get blocked by IP and hosting will have to respond to complaints that the network address is not included in the unified registry.

That would not read a lot of boukafa, here is a brief cut and recommendations on the choice of abyss-resistant hosting for online casino sites (purely my rating at the time of publication of the article):

Zomro (NL from ~20$ per month)
- the most favorable price/performance ratio of servers
- do not position themselves as abuzz-resistant, but they react to complaints rationally (they do not shut down servers at the first complaint).
- verified over the years by other affiliates
- ability to host a server in the Netherlands
AnonHost (NL from ~30$ per month, SC from 49$ per month)
- crypto-only payment
- anonymity
- building servers for any purpose and with different characteristics
- position themselves as an abusive hosting service
- ability to host a server in the Netherlands
- recommend abusive servers in the Seychelles.
Inferno (NL from 20$ per month).
- More expensive than the previous ones (if we compare in terms of price/performance ratio of servers). Not enough Gb of disk.
- verified by affiliates and years
- Are NOT an abusive hosting (tech support words), but they respond to complaints rationally (they don't shut down servers at the first complaint).
- ability to host a server in the Netherlands

These three (judging by the description and tech support response) react quite rationally to different abuses. The rating is organized by the increasing cost of the VPS server. But we can also emphasize the fact that Zomro and Inferno actually work as a large hosting company, but AnonHost is more like an anonymous team that accepts payment in crypto.

RosComNadzor sends a message like this to the hosting:

If the hosting provider and (or) the owner of the site fails to take measures to remove prohibited information and (or) restrict access to the site on the Internet, a decision will be made to include in the unified register a network address that identifies the site on the Internet containing information the dissemination of which is prohibited in the Russian Federation, and access to it will be restricted.
Often the hosting service will shut down the server in response to such a complaint. Although you can at least disable the domain specified in the request and notify the client about it.
As for policies on other abuses, like DMCA, copyright, etc., a lot of that is just ignored by the hosts.
Client confidentiality is also important.

If you ask for recommendations from other affiliates (webmasters/SEOs who work in online gambling), they will mostly be Inferno and Zomro hosting. In the process of reviewing different hosting, in fact, it turned out to be so, the only thing is that there is another quite interesting choice. Here are more details about each of them.

I will try to consider server prices for roughly the same capacity/parameters and prioritize hosting in the Netherlands (VPS in the Netherlands). Why the Netherlands? - Because the legislation there allows online gambling sites to be hosted without too much headache.

1. Zomro

Zomro hosting review on the DICE website.

The second (some people's first) most popular hosting for affiliates. Answered quite clearly, very similar to Inferno (see below):

In short, the hosting receives an abuza on your site - you are warned and give some time to resolve the issue, but the server is not disconnected (unless of course you have a site is not a complete black). In fact, with sites on online gambling can live.

There are also such guys, positioning themselves as an anonymous hosting with powerful VPS/VDS or dedicated servers for any purpose. Payment in cryptocurrency.

My ticket was answered like this:

Hello, yes, we won't have a problem with that.
Please specify what server characteristics are of interest? (Number of osu, cores, disk and OS)

Response time on the ticket was 24 minutes

I think you can consider it for website hosting. It is worth considering that the rules on the site they have stated:

We have a full abusive servers where we ignore all complaints, for almost any purpose!
…
Any content with anyone under 18 is banned on ALL of our servers, we are strictly against it.

It is interesting that Seychelles is recommended. I have not heard any other options except for the recommendation to place the server in the Netherlands.

3. Inferno

This is probably the most popular hosting for affiliates, BUT it is not abusive (as tech support itself writes). Here is what tech support replied to my ticket:

We are not an abusive hosting service.
If you receive legitimate complaints (Brand Abuse, DMCA, TM, etc.), you are required to resolve them within a specified period of time. The service will not be suspended while the complaint is being processed. However, if this requirement is ignored, the service will be suspended until the violations specified in the complaint are eliminated.

I.e. if your site gets an abuza - you are informed and you have to take action within a certain period of time. But the server is not shut down immediately, which is nice.

Many of the community affiliates (webmasters who work with online gambling), who hosted on Inferno, write that the hosting recently very badly shows itself in respect of abuses, sends everything to you and gives some time to solve problems. These guys by their name alone inspire hope for successful cooperation. And the answer was quite short and clear:

Response time on the ticket was 4 hours.

Which essentially means rational behavior on all sorts of abuses. You will not do a complete blackness - you will live a normal life. Servers will not be immediately banned for abuza to the online casino site, but jointly resolve the issue can be without resorting to unpleasant measures.

6. Sprinthost

This is where I was swearing a bit when I tried to register. Before entering logins/passwords, they ask you to choose your hosting plan. I took the cheapest one (good thing they don't ask for payment until registration). Then enter your phone number, then choose what you want: add a new site or transfer from another hosting. In general, they are trying their best to reduce the conversion rate.

My ticket was answered like this:

Hello!
We are not an abusive hosting service.

The answer came back in five minutes since the ticket was posted.

Verdict: Sprinthost hosting is NOT abusive and therefore not suitable for hosting online gambling sites. Maybe they wouldn't block the servers at the first complaint, but they obviously don't want to discuss the details. Let's move on.

7. Eurobyte

I go to the official site of Eurobyte hosting, immediately go to the «Register» button and the dances begin - you fill out the form of the services you are looking for, for example, I choose «VPS/VDS» - throws to the choice of data center location - I choose «Amsterdam» - throws to the tariffs, among which there are no free, all «Sold out». Ok, no luck to try at least to register, let alone to check for abuzostability.

I wrote to the available online chat site, mol: «I want to host my sites on the subject of online gambling, looking for an abusive hosting, do you have any suggestions?».»

Response at my request in a minute:

Here is the list of banned sites described in the above link, quoted from the page:

On our hosting FORBIDDEN:
- host viruses, exploits, botnets, and redirects to them;
- conduct any type of SPAM (incoming and outgoing);
- carry out any activity that may result in the blocking of IP addresses of the Company's servers and/or their inclusion in various blocking lists (e.g. RKN, SpamHaus, StopForumSpam, SpamCop);
- host various scripts that scan networks and sites to find vulnerabilities, find passwords, hack, etc;
- to host cryptocurrency mining software;
- host sites that are on the RosComNadzor's register of banned sites;
- host various fraudulent sites, as well as sites that distribute and/or promote drugs;
- online casinos, betting sites and resources that publish links to them;
- online movie theaters;
- torrent trackers.

Verdict: Eurobyte hosting is NOT abusive and therefore not suitable for online gambling sites.

8. THE.Hosting (UFO.Hosting, ex. PQ.Hosting)

I liked this hosting, worked with it for more than three years (at that time it was PQ.Hosting, but then it was absorbed by THE). And here in early November 2025 came the first abuza and disconnection of the server with sites. That is, tech support immediately sends you a notification and at the same time disconnects the server. They answered me that they have changed their policy on abuzz and asked me to remove the sites of online gambling.

9. AdminVPS
