Affiliate Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates with a strong focus on Tier 1 & Tier 2 GEOs
• Leverage an existing affiliate network to generate immediate traffic and results
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with top-performing affiliates
• Negotiate and manage commercial terms (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid deals)
• Monitor and optimize affiliate performance: FTDs, CPA, conversion rates, and LTV
• Work closely with internal teams (Business Development, Media Buying, Operations) to maximize campaign performance
• Ensure compliance with brand and regulatory requirements across GEOs
• Identify new traffic sources and scaling opportunities

Requirements – Mandatory:

• Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming industry
• Established network of active affiliates ready to launch immediately
• Strong understanding of affiliate traffic types and performance metrics
• Experience working with Tier 1 & Tier 2 markets
• (UK, DE, CA, AU, Nordics, Western Europe, LATAM, etc.)
• Fluent English (spoken and written) — mandatory
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently

Nice to Have:

• Experience with affiliate tracking platforms (Affise, MyAffiliates, NetRefer, etc.)
• Attendance and networking experience at major iGaming conferences (Sigma, SBC, ICE)
• Existing relationships with operators and brands
