Retention Agent

Location: Cyprus, Limassol (office)

We are looking for a Retention Agent for our international Forex team to work with the Australian market

Обязанности:

• Work with existing clients
• Retain and develop the client base
• Build long-term relationships with clients
• Increase LTV and client engagement

Требования:

• Experience in retention/sales for at least 1 year
• Experience in Forex (not mandatory, we will consider candidates from iGaming/Gambling/Betting)
• Experience working with the Australian market will be a strong advantage
• Willingness to work according to Australian time (from 5:00 AM)
• Fluent English
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Conditions:

• Fixed salary starting from $2500 and above depending on the grade
• Up to 13% commission + bonuses
