Position: Traffic Analyst (Gambling)

Online casino PamPas — a startup in active growth stage — is looking for a traffic analyst with experience in gambling to help calculate real profitability, find growth points, and influence scaling.

Формат работы: negotiable: full-time or part-time is possible.

Обязанности:

• Performance traffic analysis in gambling
• Profitability calculation: CPA → GGR/NGR → ROI and payback
• Data reconciliation: tracker + platform + partner reports (payable / pending / rejected)
• Control of tracking and attribution accuracy (postback, UTM, sub_id, etc.)
• Basic anti-fraud: identifying multi-accounting, bonus abuse, conversion and deposit anomalies, analyzing deposit methods

Требования:

• Experience in traffic analytics / performance in gambling
• Understanding of CPA, FTD, and online casino economics
• Ability to calculate unit economics and real traffic profitability
• Experience in data reconciliation between different sources
• Understanding of tracking and attribution principles
• SQL at a confident level

• Experience working with multiple GEOs
• Understanding of high-risk verticals
