CRM Marketer

CRM Marketer for an iGaming projectResponsibilities:

• Development of CRM strategy and retention marketing
• Setup and launch of CRM campaigns (email, push, sms, in-app)
• User segmentation and management of player lifecycle
• Building trigger and promo campaigns
• Analysis of CRM activities effectiveness (retention, LTV, churn, ARPU)
• Collaboration with marketing, product, and analytics teams

Mandatory requirements:

• Experience as a CRM marketer in iGaming for at least 2 years
• Understanding of the iGaming market specifics and player behavior
• Experience with the gr8tech platform
• Experience in audience segmentation and building CRM funnels

Will be a plus:

• Experience with GEO Asia or LATAM
• Experience with international iGaming projects
