Looking for a Delivery Manager (Game Art Outsourcing)

We are searching for a systematic manager who will build a reliable bridge between the team and clients.

Обязанности:

• full project management cycle: from assessment (scope/estimates) to final art delivery
• building roadmaps and controlling the pipeline (stages, reviews, milestones)
• communication with clients: statuses, expectations, change management
• production coordination: task assignment, WIP control, and lead workload management
• risk management, quality assurance (checkpoints), and project metrics collection

Требования:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Delivery / Project Manager
• understanding of the stages of creating 2D/3D graphics (experience in game development/outsourcing is a huge plus)
• English at least Intermediate (correspondence and calls with clients)
• strong soft skills: proactivity, time management, ability to negotiate and set boundaries
• confident use of task trackers and planning tools

Conditions:
