Head of MobCash / Head of Agent Network

An international iGaming holding is looking for a Head of MobCash / Head of Agent Network.

The company is currently in the process of restructuring its agency direction: the task is to separate it into a distinct strategic block and scale it globally in close collaboration with the Head of Payments.

At the moment, the cash and manual agent system is already established and operates in more than 100+ geos. The main focus of the role is development and scaling: Africa, Latam, Asia.

Location: Moscow (hybrid)/remote format is negotiable

Compensation: from $4,500 + KPI after IS

Format: Full-time

Обязанности:

• development and transformation of the agency (cash/manual) network;
• building and testing new channels for attracting agents;
• scaling current geos and launching new regions;
• forming the structure and logic of the agency model within the team;
• working with security deposits and financial guarantees for agents;
• controlling the economics of the direction (P&L, profitability, break-even);
• managing conversion and agent efficiency;
• building and developing a team of cash and manual agents;
• close interaction with payment, risk, and product teams.

What is important:

• experience in iGaming/betting for at least 3 years;
• experience in managing an agency or payment network;
• understanding of B2B betting/platform solutions;
• having a personal network of contacts (agents/partners);
• strong strategy + willingness to work hands-on;
• fintech/payments background.
