Head of Sales

Position: Head of Sales (B2B, iGaming / VR) / full-time, remote

HighRollers Club is an iGaming project with a subscription-based VR glasses product for partners (B2B).

Main tasks

Building the sales function:

  • Formation and management of the sales department
  • Hiring, training, and developing the team
  • Establishing processes and structure

Strategy and analytics:

  • Market analysis and preparation of analytical materials
  • Development of sales strategy and growth plan
  • Entering new markets
  • Formation of the dealer network and distribution model

Active sales:

  • Personal participation in key deals
  • Working with incoming requests
  • Selection and development of promising clients
  • Creating product value (without price competition)

Sales channel development:

  • Exhibitions and industry events

LinkedIn, PR, personal contacts:

  • Building alternative and unconventional channels

Working with the industry:

  • Participation in international events
  • Organizing product demonstrations
  • Developing global partnerships

Client direction management:

  • Leading account managers
  • Controlling client processes
  • Developing long-term partnerships

Who we are considering:

  • Candidates with experience in sales management (Head of Sales / Sales Director / Senior Sales Lead)
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Experience in building systematic sales and team management
  • Strong strategic thinking and partnership development skills
