Finance Manager (Affiliate / iGaming)

We are looking for a Finance Manager with a strong analytical background in iGaming, who can work with traffic, numbers, and make reasoned decisions regarding partner payouts.

Обязанности:

• reconciliation of traffic and conversions with partners
• calculation and preparation of payouts
• traffic analysis and discrepancy detection
• communication with partners and dispute resolution
• justification of cuts and discrepancies to partners

Требования:

• experience working with different types of traffic
• understanding of key metrics and their impact on decisions regarding cuts/payouts
• practical experience with “hard” KPIs and payout conditions for partners
• understanding when full or partial payout refusals may occur
• experience with affiliate models (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid / Spend / Listing / Fixfee / Flatfee, etc.)
• proficient skills in Excel / Google Sheets, PBI / Tableau
