Mobile Growth & Partnerships Manager (AdTech / In-App Traffic, iGaming)

Tasks:

• Onboard and manage advertisers and traffic sources (in-app/mobile)
• Own the full commercial cycle: partnerships, negotiations, performance, reporting
• Grow and develop the white-hat iGaming direction
• Monitor KPIs, optimize performance, and drive profitability
• Collaborate with internal teams and support scaling initiatives

Требования:

• 2+ years in mobile/in-app traffic (not web)
• Strong understanding of CPI / CPA / ROAS and unit economics
• Experience on both supply and demand sides
• Self-reliance and ownership mindset
• Tools: Affise, AppsFlyer, Adjust, advanced Excel

Location: Limassol (hybrid)

Salary: from €4,000

Business Development/Brand Manager (iGaming / Crypto, Affiliate Network)

Tasks:

• Own and scale brands end-to-end (operations + performance)
• Work with affiliates to grow and optimize traffic
• Expand across GEOs and acquisition channels (SEO, PPC, influencers)
• Track daily performance and push growth opportunities

Требования:

• 1+ year experience in iGaming/crypto working with advertisers
• Strong KPI focus (CPA, FTD, CR)
• Experience in affiliate/performance marketing
• Proactive, data-driven, able to work independently
