NextGen Recruitment Agency is launching a talent search for a specialist in the iGaming sector for one of our partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the iGaming industry
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with operators, brands, affiliate networks, and strategic partners
  • Lead commercial negotiations and close deals (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models)
  • Expand existing partnerships and maximize revenue potential
  • Work closely with internal teams (Media Buying, Affiliate Managers, Operations) to align business and traffic strategies
  • Analyze performance metrics such as FTDs, CPA, LTV, retention, and GEO performance
  • Represent the company at international iGaming conferences and events (Sigma, SBC, ICE, etc.)

Требования:

  • Proven experience in Business Development within the iGaming industry
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and monetization models (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid)
  • Fluent or near-native English (spoken and written) — mandatory
  • Established network of contacts in the iGaming industry — strong advantage
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with affiliate platforms (Affise, NetRefer, MyAffiliates, etc.)
  • Willingness to travel for conferences and partner meetings
  • Experience in international / remote teams.
