Junior CMO Assistant

Hello! We have opened a new position and are looking for a junior CMO assistant in the iGaming field— a person with a basic understanding of marketing (or even without experience), but with a strong desire to learn and grow with us.

What you will need to do:

• search for contractors for various tasks;
• initial recruitment and hiring;
• advertising purchases on various platforms (TG, Meta, YouTube, Twitch, etc.);
• in-depth analysis (not just asking GPT), creating reporting tables;
• perform other diverse marketing tasks;
• personal tasks from the manager (about 10-15% of the total workload).

Who we are looking for:

• minimal experience in marketing (or a strong desire to learn);
• proficiency in Google tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.) at a confident level;
• ability to work on various tasks, not just by template;
• independence: it is important to be able to find solutions without constant supervision;
• interest/experience working with AI and LLM models;
• meticulousness and attention to detail — we love order and hate chaos in work;
• English language at least at B1 level.
