• Run full-cycle hiring.
• Source and engage talent.
• Keep hiring managers updated on progress.
• Consult on hiring decisions across teams.

This role works well for someone who:

• At least 2–3+ years in full-cycle recruitment.
• Proven experience with sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Builds trust and relationships with international stakeholders.
• Wants to influence decisions, not just process them.
