Position: Product Manager

About the product:

• White Label casino + sports
• GEO: South Africa
• Live since September last year
• The team has doubled in the last year, and now we are strengthening the product direction

What is important:

• Metrics: Retention, LTV, ARPU, Conversion, DAU/MAU
• Funnels and cohort analysis
• A/B testing (hypotheses → insights)
• GA / Metabase / Looker / Excel / Google Sheets
• Experience in iGaming: RTP, bonuses (wager, FS, cashback), slot logic
• Anti-fraud: multi-accounts, bonus abuse, KYC/AML
• User Stories, backlog, prioritization
• Jira / Confluence / Notion / Figma / Miro
• Basic understanding of development (frontend/backend, API, releases)
• Basic skills in HTML / CSS / JS
• English B2+ for comfortable work in an international team
