Your responsibilities:

• Close vacancies in a full cycle: profile → screening → interview → offer
• Conduct direct searches on Telegram, LinkedIn, communities
• Maintain a neat funnel and provide quick updates
• Conduct initial interviews and present the position to the candidate
• Work closely with the client according to SLA

Who we are looking for:

• An active and attentive recruiter
• With experience in direct search
• Who can quickly switch and work at the agency’s pace
• With good communication skills and independence

Conditions:

• Fixed salary (discussed individually)
• Bonus for closures — % of the candidate’s salary (total income from $2500)
