Lead Retargeting Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a retargeting team of 5+ media buyers
  • Own and execute retargeting strategy across DSP / SSP platforms
  • Manage and optimize retargeting campaigns end-to-end
  • Own technical setups & integrations: pixels, postbacks, S2S, feeds
  • Develop and scale audience segmentation across EU, CIS & LATAM GEOs
  • Oversee creatives: briefs, testing, iteration, scaling
  • Own key metrics: ROI, CPA, CPL, ARPU
  • Build structured reporting and performance analysis
  • Collaborate with Product, Data, Analytics & Acquisition teams
  • Stay on top of programmatic trends, platforms & algorithms

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years in retargeting / programmatic / SSP–DSP buying
  • Proven experience leading or mentoring performance teams
  • Strong understanding of tracking, attribution & analytics
  • Hands-on experience with S2S integrations, pixels & postbacks
  • Strong analytical & data-driven mindset
  • Advanced English (C1+)
  • Experience with EU & CIS markets (Tier-1 is a plus)
