Sales Manager

Hello! We are looking for a Sales Manager for our fiat processing team, who will attract new clients and develop sales of payment solutions for high-risk sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Searching for and attracting new clients (cold outreach, partnerships, working with incoming leads).
• Conducting negotiations and presentations of the payment solution.
• Consulting clients on processing capabilities: payment methods, integration, fees.
• Handling objections and addressing client concerns.
• Supporting the client until the deal is closed and launched.
• Developing relationships with existing clients.
• Repeat sales, up-sell / cross-sell additional solutions.

Requirements:

• Successful B2B sales experience in fintech / payments.
• Understanding of online payments, acquiring, and payment infrastructure.
• Cold sales and negotiation skills.
• Having a personal merchant database will be a big plus.
