Real Media is a full-cycle marketing agency that provides strategic and effective PR and branding solutions to international clients.

We operate in the fields of iGaming, Betting, Affiliate, Crypto, and Web3, helping brands build recognition, reputation, and trust in global markets.

We are looking for a targetologist who will work on both client projects and internal products.

Обязанности:

• Launch and optimize advertising campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Work with various GEOs
• Analyze campaign effectiveness and improve results (ROI, CPA, CPL)
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously (client + internal)
• Test new approaches, creatives, and connections
• Collaborate with the team (designers, sales, product)

Требования:

• Experience in targeting/gray niches
• Mandatory experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Experience working with various GEOs
• Understanding of metrics: CPA, CPL, ROI, LTV
• Analytical thinking and results-oriented

• Experience working with LATAM, Tier 1
