We are Rockit Media — leaders in the iGaming industry. We create creatives that “hook”, are tested in performance marketing, and truly impact results.

Your role: lead the motion direction and develop the team while maintaining a consistently high level of creativity.

What you will do:

• Lead a team of motion designers: tasks, priorities, deadlines
• Conduct creative reviews and enhance the quality of work
• Mentor designers, help them grow
• Independently create key creatives (2D/VFX, animations, logos, illustrations)
• Improve the pipeline: templates, assets, automation/AI processes
• Collaborate with the creative/marketing team on UA tasks

What is important:

• 4+ years in Motion Design
• iGaming 1+ year (or strong ads/performance background in a related niche)
• Leadership / review / mentoring experience (or willingness to transition to lead)
• After Effects + Adobe Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop/Audition)
• 2D animation + VFX, illustrations/logos
• 3D tracking: Mocha / Mocha Pro, Element 3D
• Plugins: Animation Composer / Motion Bro / Saber / Deep Glow
• English B1+
• Understanding of Meta/Facebook + Google Ads and performance creatives
