VIP Manager

We are looking for an experienced VIP Manager to join our fast-growing iGaming platform. This role involves building and developing relationships with high-value players through personalized communication, data-driven retention strategies, and creative promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct communication with VIP users via messengers and outbound calls
  • Analyzing player behavior and needs to personalize offers
  • Creating promotional activities and special campaigns based on player segmentation
  • Maintaining documentation and tracking VIP offers
  • Collaborating with CRM, Payments, Risk, and Marketing teams on VIP campaigns
  • Providing insights to improve VIP player retention strategy and product

Требования:

  • Minimum of 3+ months of experience in iGaming in roles related to retention or VIP support
  • Experience in chats and outbound calls (phone + messengers)
  • Understanding of VIP promotional offers (deposit bonuses, no-deposit bonuses, personalized campaigns, promotional activities)
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets (segmentation, analysis, offer tracking, reporting)
  • Mandatory language skills: Ukrainian + English or Russian + English
  • English level B2+
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with constant feedback

Key Skills:

  • Profiling VIP users and analyzing behavior
  • Developing retention offers and promotional campaigns
  • Data-driven decision-making approach
  • Working with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets, formulas, segmentation, KPI dashboards)
  • Knowledge of iGaming products (slots, bonuses, wagering, retention logic)
