We’re hiring a VIP Manager to join a scaling iGaming product focused on the US market. You’ll work directly with high-value players and learn a data-driven approach to retention.

What you’ll do:

• Build relationships with VIP players
• Deliver personalized offers and communication
• Monitor activity and support retention
• Assist with VIP campaigns and reactivation

What we’re looking for:

• 6+ months in iGaming (VIP / CRM / Support / Retention)
• Strong communication skills
• Interest in VIP segment
• English: Upper-Intermediate+
