В Казахстане Агентство по финансовому мониторингу расследует дело в отношении четырёх подозреваемых в организации незаконной игорной деятельности под брендом 1win с доходом ₸3,8 млрд ($7,7 млн). По версии следствия, подозреваемые также причастны к применению насилия и незаконному лишению свободы граждан. Все четверо объявлены в международный розыск, суд заочно санкционировал меру пресечения в виде содержания под стражей
Согласно материалам дела, для прикрытия деятельности использовалась сеть юридических лиц, зарегистрированных на подставных граждан. Суд конфисковал в доход государства имущество общей стоимостью более ₸420 млн ($849 тыс), включая Mercedes Maybach S500, Lamborghini Huracan и Toyota Land Cruiser, а также денежные средства на счетах в размере ₸151 млн ($305 тыс), $14,6 тыс и €44,4 тыс
