Automations for other teams: pbn, grids, content automation and more
Here, of course, you could throw juicy cases in the style of: «raised a hundred sites for pennies and with traffic». Which is indeed true. But there is a nuance: we are mostly ordered to automate PBN-networks, and in such projects nobody wants to burn their sites. We are often not even shown the sites themselves, to which links or content will be sent later.
Our KPIs are usually simple:
What we automated that year and the beginning of this one for other teams:
1. betting
All sorts of PBN automation (a person just gives a domain and the full cycle starts including Ahrefs semantics collection), creation of sites for brands, dashboards for network monitoring and other related tasks.
Example on the screen ☝️.2. adalt sites
Comment moderation, generating titles and descriptions for pages. I don't think I need to explain what kind of content is there3. large projects
Automating page creation (there was a case about it, it's still working.), website translations, reserch information, creating rich product cards, RAG systems.4. general automation tasks
AI salespeople, AI consultants, AI document analysers and more. That is, the spectrum - from content factories to AI employees.
Frequent question: are these automations done on the n8n?
No. God forbid to do complex and interesting projects on n8n.
We only use n8n in three cases:
Under n8n I have a separate person on the team altogether, outside of the main automation team.
About your projects
On such cases of automation, I really realised that I was missing my own project. I have an idea of what can be done, and as soon as I realise everything, I will share the results. Betting, aigaming and other affiliate things I don't want to do. I don't want to do PBN-networks for my site either: we promoted it a little, grew a little on commercial queries and started to receive cold leads, which we don't have time to process without sales department, and scored a bolt on promotion of the agency's site.
And just for such clients and for our projects we started to make a semantic analyser with API to improve automation processes even more.
