Evoke plc (William Hill, 888 and Mr Green) postpones the publication date of the 2025 report amid growing business challenges
For Evoke, one of the leaders in the UK gambling market, 2025 has been a difficult year. Pressure from regulation, a drop in shares to historic lows, and increasing talks about a possible sale of the business.
Meanwhile, according to the trading update from January 27, the company expects revenue for 2025 to be around £1.786bn (+21% YoY), and adjusted EBITDA in the range of £355–360m (+14-15% YoY).
The company also stated that «the first quarter of 2026 started positively.».
And everything seems fine, but the publication of the company's annual report for 2025 has been postponed by a month, and investors will now be able to review it only on April 29.
This only intensifies questions about the real state of the business and its prospects.
