Daily, up to 30 thousand domains are released. Searching for cool options manually is madness. The analysis needs to be built with a strict funnel: from quick and free checks (RKN ban, PS filters) to long and expensive ones (mass collection of metrics and detailed parsing of the Web archive for spam). As a result, out of 1000 domains, 5-10 truly clean sites will remain.

Checklist of the ideal candidate

• Age: older than 3 years.
• Links: from 30 unique referring domains (at least 15 of them with DR > 20).
• Trust: Trust Flow from 6 to 10. At the same time, TF must be strictly greater than Citation Flow, otherwise, you are dealing with blatant link spam.
• History: the domain has been dropped no more than 3 times, and there are no casinos, porn, or hieroglyphs in the anchor list.

Important nuances

RKN block is not a sentence for PBN, Google will still consider your link. The «active» status in the registrar's history is a marker of a backorder (the domain was intercepted). And most importantly: don't blindly trust metrics, databases often lag behind. Always check if the links are actually in place.
