It turns out that it is possible not to pick on each shitty site, but to flap the entire domain zone as a whole. That's it:
domain:xyz
Where xyz is any rubbish like .top, .info, .click.
After that Google ignores links from this domain zone. But with this you should be very careful, double-check.
There may be normal links in the zone, and you can accidentally nail those too. Link to the tool in the GSC.
