Кого заменит ИИ в игорной индустрии?

I came across a similar topic on LinkedIn and started to ponder. I will say right away that I see AI in the coming years only as an assistant. I do not believe in the complete replacement of anyone. However, I will share a list of the most vulnerable positions in Igaming:

1. Support. This is the most obvious pain point that they want to address through AI and are actively trying to do so.
2. CRM. Sending out communications through AI is quite feasible, but certainly not right now.
3. Game management. Again, I only believe in partial closure through sorting. No more than that.
4. Analytics. Here the chances are high, but the risks are only for those who collect dashboards.
5. Anti-fraud. Possible, but maybe in 20 years.

In my opinion, the others will never be replaced. Moreover, the professions described above can only be closed in terms of manual work. The main value of these areas is not in that.

A person understands the context of the situation and the problems. Based on this, they find the most relevant solutions. This is our strength.

Therefore, as a conclusion: If you are not engaged in monotonous manual work, but strive to develop and see beyond your nose — no one will ever replace you.
