The operator bet365 has left the American Gaming Association (AGA)
The American Gaming Association (AGA) is the leading industry organization in the USA.
In November 2025, a conflict arose within the organization between two key segments of participants: traditional offline (MGM Resorts International, Caesars Entertainment, etc.) and tech-savvy online (DraftKings, FanDuel, etc.). It can be said to be a clash between the old and the new worlds.
The cause of the conflicts is the prediction markets. Both the AGA itself and representatives of the offline sector opposed them. It is quite obvious why.
However, online giants like DraftKings, FanDuel, and Fanatics saw this as a market opportunity. The AGA issued an ultimatum: those who want to enter the prediction markets will no longer be able to be members of the organization.
As a result, in November 2025, both DraftKings, FanDuel, and Fanatics voluntarily left the AGA. All later announced their entry into the prediction markets, some independently, others through partnerships.
Now, for unspecified reasons, bet365 has also left the organization. The market agrees: soon, the operator will debut in the prediction markets.
