Всё началось из-за гемблинг аффсайта www.bk-pari(.)com Сайт заточен под регулируемый iGaming-продукт (ставки на спорт) PARI и обещает посетителям 5X x 1,000 руб. Но при клике на ссылку лично нас редиректит на другого, также регулируемого в РФ букмекера Winline (.)ru.
В исковом заявлении, юристы PARI грозят Namecheap блокировкой на территори РФ, если последний не примет меры к лицам, нарушающим право интеллектуальной собственности PARI. Иск подан в г.Москва, РФ.
Честно сказать, мы не совсем понимаем позицию юристов PARI с практической точки зрения.
Угрожать блокировкой на территории РФ, можно только если ответчик данной блокировки боится. В этом плане есть сильные сомнения, так как Namecheap в одностороннем порядке отказал в обслуживании практически всем клиентам, резидентам РФ, ещё 4 года назад, о чём написанно на его сайте.
