Useful code to optimize Pagespeed

A bit of useful tech in the feed, for those who constantly lose 10-15 points of Pagespeed after hanging Yandex.Metric on their perfect sites on the purest code.

Just use my code, which loads metrics only when you scroll or click the page, and then Pagespeed does not see it, and does not deduct points. I already put this code on all sites, no problems observed. Yes, some spam visits and rejection may not be recorded, but we don't need them, do we? Here is the code itself:
