Companies in iGaming continue to aggressively expand teams - but along with increased hiring comes the question of how to do so effectively. To get to the bottom of the problem, SOFTSWISS in association with Pentasia, the industry's leading hiring agency, have prepared a report «iGaming Talent Trends 2026.». According to the report, in 2025 84.7% B2B companies and 82.6% B2C companies increased hiring. But hiring alone is not enough.
