Complaint Against Affgems: Refusal to Pay $30K
Today, I received a message from the SEO team at IndexEmpire — they asked to publicize the conflict with the affiliate program Affgems (brand RollDorado). Suddenly, a KPI requirement appeared before the payment, and the amount was reduced.
Unfortunately, our SEO team at IndexEmpire faced a situation where we were denied payment of about $30,000 without objective reasons and they do not want to pay. We just want fewer teams to fall into similar situations. We have all the confirmed correspondence and screenshots from the very beginning of the collaboration.
