⚡ Киев. Украина (iGaming Wars). Несколько часов назад возбуждено уголовное дело в отношении должностных лиц регулятора PlayCity.
00. В конце января 2026 г. гемблинг регулятор PlayCity объявил победителей конкурса по распределению 3х лотерейных лицензий. Ими стали три действующих лотерейных оператора: «М.С.Л.», «УНЛ», «Патриот».
Д.Гетманцеву (председатель комитета Верховной Рады) такой выбор PlayCity решительно не понравился. 24.02.26 он объявил, что это не соответствует букве iGaming законности и написал заявление куда следует.
01. Менее чем через 48 часов офис Генерального прокурора Украины возбудил уголовное дело в отношении «неустановленных лиц» гемблинг регулятора PlayCity, которые по версии следствия выдали лотерейные лицензии неправильно.
02. Дело возбуждено по части второй статьи 364 Уголовного кодекса Украины: Злоупотребление властью или служебным положением. До 6 лет тюрьмы.
03. До регулятора PlayCity, гемблинг регулятором в Украине был КРАИЛ. В конце 2024 г. начале 2025 г. КРАИЛ расформировали, руководство посадили. Смысл обвинений был примерно тот же — неправильное распределение гемблинг лицензий.
04. Как будут развиваться события дальше, неизвестно.
